Change your organization’s payment settings by clicking your initials in the top right corner to access “My Organization”.


Agency Pays

Make payments on behalf of your insureds

Choose this option if you want to make a payment on behalf of your insured. You can pay by Agency ACH or credit card. (Insured checks are not accepted.)

Payment settings are automatically default to Agency Pays, but you can change your settings at any time to allow the insured to pay. (If you want to make things easier for your agency!)

Insured Pays

Let your insured make their own payment

Choose this option if you want the insured to pay for the policy with their credit card after they sign the policy documents.


Easily toggle your payment settings.

You are able to change the payment method on individual applications by changing the payment method toggle within the App Details. Using this method will only apply to that application, and will not affect your global payment settings.
